Teaching Tolerace Film Sets

Teaching Tolerance and the Southern Poverty Law Center have created a set of videos with teacher’s manuals on important HRE issues.

My favorite is the Children’s March, which shows actual footage of the 1960s Civil Rights Marches in the USA and how it was the children and young people who were actually responsible for turning the tide of the civil rights movement towards its success when it was on the brink of failure.  It is a powerful film about the importance of youth participation.
