We have a set of online training modules ready for you to use or we are happy to create personalized training programs to meet your unique needs. We are also happy to do face-to-face training. We recommend documenting which employees have taken particular training modules and testing them to provide employers with documentation that the employees were trained on particular information – and that they passed quizzes proving their competence. This ensures that employees know what to do, and what not to do. It also provides employers with proof that particular information was provided and learned by individual employees. Our goal is to provide excellent training so that employees have the best skills possible, and that organizations can thrive because they have invested in organizational and employee excellence.
FREE HUMAN RIGHTS MATERIALS
We believe that it is important for everyone, everywhere, from preschool through higher education, to know about human rights. Most people don’t know very much about what rights they have, or the rights that others are entitled to have. We want to change that. We want to put human rights education (HRE) materials in your hands in a free and easy to use way. There are many free human rights materials available, but they are often hard to locate and are on a variety of different websites, so we have collected many of them and posted them here for you to use free of charge. This is our gift to you, with our request that you do not charge anyone for them. Placing these human rights curriculum materials here is designed for the dissemination of human rights education to everyone, in hopes of creating a more respectful, kind, and humane world.
