Since 1987, Training For Excellence have been responding to ever-changing client needs, and we can now proudly claim to provide the total training solution.

We support “in house” training departments by designing bespoke materials, as well as delivering a complete range of training and development programmes.
Other Training For Excellence projects have included on-the-job evaluation of performance, particularly in the areas of presentation skills and training techniques analysis for work-based trainers. | Our Approach to Training The TFE approach is to work from detailed client training needs analysis, and then to design and deliver a totally customised training programme. That programme must match the individual business needs of the client organisation.  Our underlying basic philosophy on all training and development programmes, is that people only learn by doing. Therefore all Training For Excellence courses contain a very high practical content which reinforces the theory.
